Email only · $18/user Business-class Exchange email, calendar and contacts. Email + web apps · $28/user Email plus Word, Excel and PowerPoint in the browser, with OneDrive and Teams. Email + desktop apps · $42/user Email plus the full Office apps installed on your PCs and Macs. Business Premium · $60/user The whole raft: desktop apps plus advanced security, device management and Intune.

These aren't add-ons and there's no checkbox — every Otterly customer gets them, full stop. You'll see them in your quote so the value is visible, but you can't take them off the table. (That's the point.)
