Testimonials

In their words

Cartoon otter grinning inside a large speech bubble
When we bought a new branch, our old provider made the handover as difficult as possible. Otterly took over DNS, our website and domain, and merged both offices onto one Microsoft 365 tenancy, all in a single day, with almost no notice. Sorry again for that, and thank you.

CEO

Brisbane accounting firm (30 users)

We used Otterly at our old business, so when we launched this venture there was never any question, they came with us. They set up the entire company from scratch, email through to every computer, and they're still the fastest team we've ever dealt with when we need something.

Founder

International trading company (20 users)

We had five different people try to be our in-house IT, all with very limited knowledge, across 40 users and four branches. Otterly came in, smoothed everything out, and put real processes in place. IT is no longer everyone's nightmare, just theirs.

The long stories

Brisbane automotive retailer (150 staff)

Google Workspace → Microsoft 365: one weekend, zero downtime

The problem
Running on Google Workspace, the team had outgrown it. Group and shared mailboxes were unreliable to access consistently, there was no clean way to track what happened to a customer email once several staff could see it, admin oversight across the business was thin, and collaboration just didn’t work the way a 150-person dealership actually needs it to.
What we did
We planned the entire migration in advance, then executed it over a single weekend: all 150 computers, every mailbox, calendar and file moved across to Microsoft 365, with the Otterly Minimum Standard (backup, anti-phishing, monitoring) live before a single person logged back in.
The result
Staff left work Saturday afternoon still on the old system. By Monday morning, every desk had Outlook open with every email exactly where they’d left it: no downtime, no missing mail, no support tickets from confused staff.

“We left on Saturday still on GSuite and walked in Monday with everything already sitting in Outlook. A 150-computer migration, and it felt like nothing had changed at all, except everything actually worked better.”

Locked out of their laptops, no way back in: sorted on-site, then properly managed for good

The problem
Several staff were locked out of their computers and laptops, with no way back in: no recovery path, no admin access. On top of that, their previous IT provider had gone quiet for weeks with no response, repeated attempts to fix SharePoint had only created duplicate copies stacked on duplicate copies, and the business had just moved offices with no network in place to work from.
What we did
We went on-site to get the affected staff back into their hardware, resetting access and properly enrolling those devices into Intune and centralised management so they're properly monitored and supported going forward. From there we fixed the underlying SharePoint sync issues causing the duplicated files, restructured the data so each team had its own properly organised space, and built the network at the new location from scratch.
The result
The affected laptops and computers are accessible and properly managed again: no more lockouts, no more dead ends. Staff now have a smooth day-to-day experience across teams and SharePoint, with issues responded to and resolved the same day they're raised.

“We had staff locked out of their laptops with no way back in, on top of an old provider who'd gone silent for weeks. Otterly came on-site, got them back into their hardware, and made sure it's properly managed now. Everything gets fixed the same day we raise it.”
