PC & device management

Per computer, per month · priced automatically

Every computer we look after gets unlimited remote helpdesk during business hours, gets monitored and patched, and is protected by 24/7 detection and response around the clock, every day, courtesy of our outsourced security operations centre. There's no "basic vs premium device care" decision to agonise over, because good security shouldn't be a paid extra. The baseline is the baseline. Most things we fix remotely, fast; when you need us at your desk, or outside business hours, it's $189/hr and we tell you before we come.

Device management + unlimited remote helpdesk

Unlimited remote helpdesk for every computer, plus monitoring and patching that flags small problems before they become downtime. Unlimited covers troubleshooting: project jobs like reformats and rebuilds, and any on-site visit, are billed separately at our standard rate.

ALWAYS INCLUDED

24/7 advanced security (EDR)

$30/device/mo

Endpoint detection and response on every device, with a security operations centre watching around the clock, every day of the year.

Unlimited means unlimited troubleshooting: broken, slow or acting weird, we fix it as often as you need, during business hours (Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm AEST). It doesn't cover project labour — reformats, rebuilds and new device setups are quoted separately, so the monthly price stays honest. 24/7 EDR security keeps watching either way.

Server management

Per server, per month · priced automatically

Servers are like riverbanks: when they fail, everything downstream gets wet. Every server on an Otterly plan is monitored around the clock and backed up to the cloud. There's no cheaper tier without backup, because a server without backup isn't managed. It's gambling.

Connectivity

Phones per user · internet per site · optional

The pipes your business swims through: business phone lines and real business internet, both under the one Otterly bill. Genuinely optional, too. Plenty of rafts are happy with Teams calls and the internet plan they already have.

Extras you can add to any plan. These are the only optional things on the menu; everything security-critical is already in the minimum standard.
