Every computer we look after gets monitored, patched and kept shipshape. There's no "basic vs premium device care" decision to agonise over — the baseline is automatic, and there's exactly one upgrade if you want it.

Servers are like riverbanks — when they fail, everything downstream gets wet. Every server on an Otterly plan is monitored around the clock and backed up to the cloud. There's no cheaper tier without backup, because a server without backup isn't managed — it's gambling.
